These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of themarketsstory.com and any courses, content, or services offered by The Markets Story, operated by Shriyash Shrinivas Palsule (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or purchasing our courses, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About us and these Terms

“Content” means all videos, text, graphics, courses, and materials on the Site. “Courses” means paid educational programs we offer. We may update these Terms at any time; the “Last updated” date shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use the Site or buy a Course.

3. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please give accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Courses and licence to use content

When you buy a Course, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view that Course for your own learning. You may not:

• share, resell, sublicense, or distribute the Course or your login;
• copy, download (except where expressly allowed), record, screen-capture, or reproduce the Content;
• use the Content to create a competing product or for any commercial purpose.

All access is for a single user unless we state otherwise.

5. Intellectual property

All Content, including our name, logo, and course materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the licence in Section 4, no rights are transferred to you.

6. Pricing, payment and taxes

Prices for Courses are shown on the Site in Indian Rupees (INR) and may include or be subject to applicable taxes (such as GST). Payments are processed by Razorpay; by paying, you also agree to Razorpay’s terms. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect purchases already completed.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, uploading malicious code, infringing others’ rights, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Educational purpose and no investment advice

You acknowledge and agree that:

• all Content and Courses are for education and information only;
• nothing here is investment, trading, financial, legal, or tax advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell anything;
• we do not promise or guarantee any profit, return, or specific outcome;
• trading and investing carry the risk of losing capital, and you trade entirely at your own risk; and
• you are responsible for your own decisions and should seek advice from a SEBI-registered investment adviser and other qualified professionals.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and Content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the Site or Courses. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Course giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or Content or your breach of these Terms.

13. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as YouTube, Razorpay, and our email platform). We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Site, without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, India.
